Not a good nursery, overpriced, not good conditions, weird dark feeling in the place, not recommended

I had Green Goddess plant all my winter flowers this year spending thousands of dollars. My geraniums didn't bloom for over 3 months, their creative designs only looks good if all you want is petunias. They had to come out 3 times because they kept forgetting certain plants or because so many died right away. So disappointed in customer service. Wrote a letter finally and still have not heard back from them. I personally feel Justin is intimidating and rude towards the client.

Gorgeous nursery! I could wonder around for hours. 2 Two things though. 1) I bought six individual baby succulents and a variety one that was priced at $16, all in plastic pots. It ended up being over $70... after deducting the variety arrangement I calculated each baby succulent I got charged around $7.90. I mainly purchase succulents through vendors in California. I don't end up spending that much even after shipping when I purchase from out of state. It was busy and there was an issue with a customer and a bbq that had my cashier distracted.. we had a long day at work and didn't feel like staying around and questioning. 2) the amount of paperwork was pretty funny. I was super excited about this place but i think I'll only stop by if I'm in a bind for an arrangement and need something immediately.

My fountain was having issues and I called hoping for a referral. Instead, Justin called me back (TWICE!) and we problem solved the issue over the phone. It was an easy fix on my end, but not intuitive. Another company quoted $650 to fix my issue. Justin suggested a little silicone would do the trick. I had a tube. $0 later, the fountain was fixed. In all my years managing a house, this is the first time that a company called me back and then back again when I hadn't responded within a few days. That is true customer service. They will have my business in the future, for certain.
