I used Liv Smart to install my ADT security system. My sales rep Julian was kind, professional and empathetic to my needs. He answered all my questions and when he didn't have the answers, he reached out to his manager. The installation tech was professional and very knowledgeable. I have been using the system for a few days now and I am pretty happy with how easy it is to use and how it communicate to other systems. Service: Security cameras

I didn't accept their offer. However, the 2 salesmen who came by, Dylan and Gabe, were very friendly and made the experience feel comfortable. They were chatty and knew how to drive a conversation. They are salesmen so thats sort of their jobs but they did it in a way that felt less...pitchy. Due to financial uncertainty, I declined and they were understanding about it. I feel bad that I had to say no now but in the future, I could see myself going with them.

JT and his crew were awesome. Walked me through how to use all the equipment, the app. They arrived on time and were professional the entire time they were here. I didnt feel conned into anything. Our marketing representative (Christian) walked us thru everything start to finish. We knew we were signing 2 contracts. One for the equipment which can be paid off at any time and the second for monthly monitoring. If the equipment sucks Ill update my review but very happy with the service side. DO NOT TRUST go through ADT directly or a different dealer if you value honesty, your time, and your money. Signed up with sweet but pushy sales people. When the installer came asked me if I wanted extra equipment, I said no, he installed and charged me for it anyways. Rushed me to sign a new contract with a new amount to finance for the equipment and extra equipment I did not want. He has his boss on speaker asking him what was going on and that he needs to hurry up and get to the next appointment while I was trying to read through the contract. I felt bad and signed without reading it fully knowing I had 3 business days to cancel per the cancellation policy included in the contract. I called the next business day and asked to cancel. From the get-go I was told I could not cancel and I had to stay in the contract with the extra equipment. I cried and tried for hours on the phone to convince them to comply with the contract THEY wrote. They refused, I had to contact ADT and the finance company and relay the fact that I had cancelled. I also emailed all of them so I had proof of done it within the first 3 days. This was a two week long ordeal. They got their lawyer involved who said the cancellation policy in the contract was a glitch. They tried to charge me $1,000 to remove the equipment which is ten times what they told me the uninstall would be in person, of course the contract did not specify an amount. I refused to pay, they left the equipment here and now per THEIR contract I am the rightful owner of the equipment at no cost as they refused to pick it up. They will lie, bully, and belittle you repeatedly to try and get you to comply and cough up money. Do not give in if you cancel within the first 3 business days per the contract they cant make you.
