Hyatt Place Phoenix-North

Needs a huge renovation of their room and hall carpet. The breakfast was a C-. The staff was very good and from what they told me, all problems are being addressed. My biggest dislikes were the filthy carpets and scuff marks on the walls. Otherwise very clean baths and beds. Also, the traffic noise from a freeway All Night Long ... soundproofing needed! Please make that breakfast better by cooking the food instead of just heating it...

Carpets , sofas, curtians are filthy!! Beds are good. Rooms are pretty spacious with exceptiin of the restroons are tiny. Not fit for plus size i dividuals.

The receptionist is very bad and has no experience in dealing with customers. I will not return here again and I will not recommend it to anyone

Pull out bed hurt with every spring, no bed sheet or blanket for pull out bed, carpet all stained, smells everywhere, tiny bathroom

The lobby and exterior are typical Hyatt. The rooms need to be refurbished. The furniture is old and worn with tears. The carpet has stains and there is an unpleasant smell. Not sure if they are waiting for the Cactus League to end before refurbishing but this property was the roughest Hyatt property I've stayed at. Rooms: Needs to be refurbished
