        Used to be a good company to deal with. I heard they started using the 'ding' technique to lower the payout. Same thing happened to me. I have pictures of when theybwere put in box...when they show what they received looks nothing like the same condition. So either you have to hope that their usps prepaid label and package gets their without damage since they don't insure the package or you have to see what the end result looks like after they show pictures with their gloves on. Been a customer for years. Now moving someone else. You should do the same

        I would recommend this company to anyone looking to to sell diabetic supplies. They provided the shipping label electronically, I tracked the package and they processed the package and sent payment to me on the very next day after it was delivered. Just make sure you package your items properly so that they dont get damaged during shipping. The boxes do have to be in perfect, flawless condition.

      This is a very unfair review. Carla created a quote on our website for 9 boxes on One Touch Verio 50ct mint condition. What we received was 9 damaged boxes. Boxes missing the paper on the boxes due to prescription labels being ripped off and tearing the boxes . We do highly recommend on our website to let us remove the labels as most often without the special tools this will cause damage and a reduction in the payout. We always strive to give the top payouts for mint conditions. However, we do have to do adjustments if the boxes and not in the conditions listed on the quote. We did pay Carla fast and accordingly based on the condition we received the supplies damaged not mint.

      We in no way would benefit from the technique Craig is referring to "ding technique". We make less money from Dented and damaged supplies. We only buy these supplies if we receive them as a service to our sellers. Instead of paying nothing for the supplies if they are not received in mint condition. Craig himself sent us pictures of the way he shipped his supplies. He packed the smaller more fragile Bayer contour Next boxes under the heavier Dexcom G7 boxes . This caused damage to 3 of his 8 boxes . There was no damage to the outside of his shipping box therefore does not qualify for insurance through USPS . We take great pride in how we handle supplies once in our care to provide customers with the highest payout we can provide. We also offer many suggest on our website on how to avoid damage during transit. We think these damages could have been avoided.
