This business has no ethics. A driver of this company named James, side swiped my vehicle on the i-17 when merging into the lane I was in. The driver admitted fault, apologized, exchanged insurance and contact information. I felt no need to call the cops and file a report since he was sincere, took accountability, damage was minor, and no injuries. The following day his manager, Russ, called us and changed the story. He began to tell me that my vehicle merged into his lane. Russ was not there. I told him that the driver, James, admitted fault and that is why I did not call the cops to file a report. Russ told me that he is not allowed to admit fault. I realized at that moment I was dealing with a phony liar. They both changed the story and insurance has no way to prove who merged into who's lane. I am very disappointed with both of these men. This business has no ethics. Honesty, accountability, integrity!? Lyons=Lying that should be the name of the company. Lyons and Lying!
