I have now used Rob on two separate occasions, one to buy and the other to sell. On both occasions Rob was outstanding. He is knowledgeable of the real estate market in Phoenix/Scottsdale and the processes that are required to buy and sell your home. If I were looking to buy a home in Phoenix/Scottsdale area Rob would be my first call.

Rob is an outstanding realtor who provides expert, targeted advice. He's not afraid to tell you like it is so you can get the best deal possible. As an example, he helped sell my house last month. After following his recommendations, we had multiple offers on the first day, and went under contract the first day it was on the market. The house sold for more than I thought it would. I made no concessions to the buyer. He is an expert negotiator and strategist in the real estate market. You won't be disappointed. I can't recommend him highly enough!
