Totally "sold" on Raquel Vidal. From day one she showed a high level of professionalism, not to mention patience. It was almost 6 months from the time we started interacting with her before we were actually able to get my Dad's place on the market, and she advised and assisted us that entire time - and never pressured us. She has a rare quality that many realtors I've worked with in the past don't have, she actually listens! Explained how I wanted the property "framed" in the listing description - she listed it exactly as I had asked, and it was sold (a cash sale!) less than 3 days later. At final inspection there were a few minor glitches found that had to be fixed, and she totally handled finding, vetting and arranging for the work to be done. Couldn't have asked for a more positive experience with a realtor! I would not hesitate to engage Raquel again in the future.

Our experience with Raquel was excellent, she is a very patient and kind person She was very patient with us in EVERYTHING, when we wanted to see houses she was always attentive to all our messages, she always clarified all our doubts, without a doubt we would recommend her to more people to help them sell and buy their new house we are very excited about our new home
