We decided to pursue our first investment property in the Phoenix area from Rochester, NY. In researching people to work with Morgan stood out. You can tell from her social media posts and her web site that she's super savvy. A zoom interview I did with her confirmed my initial impressions and ensured she would be a good fit both with our personalities and our communication style. It's remarkable how we went from an idea in Mid-March to closing on a phenomenal house in Paradise Valley Village in early June! We plan to use it as a lifestyle asset and an STR.
