This review is for the Regus corporation, not this specific location, although it's the location my business was located in for a short time. The CenturyLink Tower is beautiful, and it is not the problem. I paid the security deposit and other fees, including the first month's rent, then moved my business in. Then Regus hit me with an unexpected and unexplained second security deposit (equal to a month's rent), and I paid it, but that put me behind in rent. Eventually I paid the second month's rent late (because it had been used for the second deposit), including a late fee. The third month's rent was due only two weeks after that, and because I was behind, I wasn't able to pay that on time either. About three weeks after that, I was giving notice that I had to move out for non-payment of rent. I moved my business out, then requested (to the receptionist, since there seemed to be no one else to talk to) that one of those security deposits be used to pay the late rent, the other deposit be used to cover the other fees, and they return the balance to me. I was then informed that this was something that would not be done, and I also would owe rent for the following month because I "hadn't given a 30-day move-out notice" (because they had ordered me to move out instead). I was told that I would start receiving calls from collectors, and that if I didn't pay up (after 60 days? 90 days?), those security deposits would finally be applied to my back rent. After they had damaged my credit, of course. Also, they would charge me for additional fees on top of that. There's not a thing wrong with the CenturyLink Tower, the receptionists are friendly and professional, I like the CONCEPT of the "service" Regus provides, but the way this corporation operates is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE for any small business.

Our company operations have been crippled due to the lack of response and ability to perform basic services guaranteed in their lease agreements. The onsite staff is constantly rotating, sometimes doesn't even show up for work, and when asked and given months to solve a problem it is met (yes this really happened) with a shrug of the shoulders and "we can't do anymore for you." Internet is down at least 25% of the time, phones as well, and our copy, scan equipment we received nearing two months ago does not work due to their IT (offshore) and their inability to fix their own internal problem. Other tenants complain of similar issues and some even are forced to get boosters and other equipment to stabilize their networks. Though the office is a pretty package, it's operation is poor. I would advise leasing from an alternative commercial provider.

Do not rent from them. When you are due to renew they send an email stating that you need to SIGN to renew by X date. Then at 90-days from renewal, they will auto renew. It's like they are tricking you so they get the 90-day auto renewal. I've emailed many times. They don't reply, and there is no other way to contact them. You're stuck. IMO this company is not ethical. They are the Columbia House CD Club of office space rentals.
