ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO GO. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED IN A BUSINESS. FIRST THEY DONT LET YOU KNOW YOUR GLASSES ARE READY. THEN THE GUY HELPING YOU WHEN YOU DO GO IN SAYS HE WILL ORDER YOU A NEW PAIR OF GLASSES AND YOU NEVER HEAR BACK. THEN WHEN YOU FINALLY CALL THEM AGAIN ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS REPLACE THE FRAMES. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

They definitely have to get it together. The call sent the call to all phones(I suppose) and that person transferred me to the "correct department". When they answered I stated how I needed to know if they had a specific contact brand and prescription in stock. She said the had to transfer me as well. Now this is an optical store---- it's not complicated to know which call goes where when there aren't many phones OR EMPLOYEES to begin with. 7mins on the call with no assistance.

Hello. I'm in my mid 40's, and I've come to this location for most of my life. The service was always great up until recently. I stopped in after getting my prescription from Eye Doctors of Arizona's Dr. Heller, next door. After ordering, I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get my glasses. Typically not an issue, but after 3 weeks and no phone call, I checked myself. Turns out their records showed they received my glasses, but they were nowhere to be found. If I hadn't called, I'm not sure when they wouldve gotten around to calling me and letting me know this. They reordered them stating it would be another 2 to 3 weeks. That time rolls by and I swing by to pick up my new glasses. When I get there, I find that they hadn't gotten all the work/extras done that I had paid for, so they had to go back for another week. In all, what should've been 2 to 3 weeks ended up being 7 weeks for my new pair of glasses. No expediting or discount was offered by them for their errors. I'm very disappointed.

I came in to have my favorite sunglasses fixed and the Western Optical team was able to get it done beautifully in about 5 minutes. It was a lovely experience, and it's also probably the trendiest eye wear shop around :) And Jesse was super awesome and wonderful! Thanks Western Optical.
