Its been a year since my car accident and the other insurance company has settled to pay us. All paperwork is pretty much done and we havent received our checks. Ive called them and they always tell me the attorney Ivan isnt in his office and to leave a voicemail which I did and never received a call back. If I knew their service was this bad and it would be taking this long, I wouldve never called Rafi law group.

I have no idea how this law firm has so many good reviews.. First of all they are so fast and attentive once they take your case in but once you sing those documents they forget about you, it's so hard to get an update of your case since they never return your phone calls, I call and leave messages for my paralegal and my lawyer and they never return my phone calls, it's so upsetting coming form a law firm that does so much advertising and proclaims to be the best one in Arizona.

Hidden prices. They charge you 400 to do the paperwork when they are supposed to be already charging 33 percent. Apart from when you talk because they never talk to you. You have to be talking to them, they serve you very poorly as if you were asking for something for free. I asked to speak to the manager. And they never put the call through to me. They told me the person was not available, very bad service, I would never return. To hire
