Update: no one ever reached out to us like they said they would. Brought the wrong plants x2, damaged our drip lines to the point they needed replacement, and they flooded our new plants by leaving our drippers on when they were trying to find the leak they caused

Sheldon Muecke has been and is my go-to guy for all my service calls and he has been incredible. His professional knowledge of trees and plants, his care with the plants and his patience with all of my questions is outstanding. I have learned so much from his visits about the best way to care for my plants and trees. He has patiently explained the reasons and the science behind the best juices to use, the best ways to prevent disease, even explains how to fine tunes my watering schedule after examining my plants on his four scheduled visits each year. He is a wealth of plant knowledge and is happy to answer my questions. He truly loves what he does. I have been on the Moon Valley Nurseries Pro Care MVP program out of Phoenix on 7th Ave for over a year and just renewed my warranty care plan for the second year. I am incredibly impressed by the service and how MVN and their employees stand behind their products.

Brandon and his crew did a very nice job planting two large trees in my backyard. Just as I was hoping and planning for. Brandon is very professional and does just what you want. Highly recommend Moon Valley and this crew.

The entire staff at Arcadia Moon Valley are friendly and helpful every time we visit. Brandon and crew came by today with some replacement hibiscus that look nice and healthy. He was very polite, walked us through the care instructions and sorted out an order mix up for us. He did a great job!
