        Tech I dealt with was straight forward and honest. Dealing with his manager and office staff about insurance and billing... forget it. My insurance claims will pay for all but my deductible but they want $9k.

        I had a water problem and wasn't getting any hot water. They showed up and replaced the element and got my water heater working again. They also showed me that water heaters need to be cleaned once a year. I did not know that. Great job. I will use them in the future
