Doug is fantastic to work with and gave us honest information with all of our questions. Its kind of a big deal to take out your water heater and put your faith in this system, but it has worked perfectly. When we did have an issue recently, Doug responded quickly and helped us resolve it quickly. Thank you!

Doug was great to work with and his team was topnotch. They did a little bit of a custom install bringing the water pipes below the heater and the install looks fantastic! Ive had my tankless water heater for a year now and it has worked like a dream. When we called Doug last year we were desperate. We are a hair salon and our water heater stopped working and we had a full day of clients. Doug made it work and replaced our old broken unit that same day!!!! I have nothing but praise for him and his company.
