I'm a General Contractor and Rusty and crew did an amazing job. Super fast, 8hrs start to finish, full repipe. Old house with brick exterior, thick plaster walls, tiny crawl space. VERY CLEAN demo and installation. Had it inspected next day, all permits furnished by Repipe, flying colors. Competitive rates, great warranty.. Jil G. as a contact and coordinator is also amazing. Ron as an estimator also spot on. Would 100% recommend

Ron and his team were very easy to work with and were able to get my whole house repiped in a single day and took care of the drywall shortly after, everything working and looking great. When we were doing some work on the house a month or so later and a screw accidently went in to a pipe, we called Repipe and in less than an hour Ron personally came out to take care of it. He wouldn't even take any payment for that fix even when offered! Fantastic customer service all around!

I just want to thank Ron and his team for taking such great care of us. Buying a home and finding out that the place needed a repipe was not terrific news, but we called Ron and knew immediately that we were in good hands. From the estimate, to the repipe work and through the drywall repair, each member of the team was professional, communicative and did an excellent job. And when we had an issue once the work had been completed, Ron handled it himself and wouldnt hear of taking a dime for it. It is so refreshing to have such great service in a time when that no longer seems to be a priority. We would highly recommend Repipe Specialists.

Update: Repipe Specialists have lied consistently and will take no responsibility. Again, BUYER BEWARE! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Buyer beware. This company is not local and their corporate structure is worse than the Sopranos. They contract out all of their services to non-professionals. If you find a problem or issue with the service, Repipe Specialists will deny any affiliation with the contractor and deny any reparations. They are ignorant to the law of respondeat superior, agency/agent, employer/employee. In any event, they skirt past the law because folks allow them to do so. They are responsible! Do not allow them to talk you into signing off on the final inspection "so they can get paid that day." In my case, final inspection never occurred and I was left with many unresolved issues, including no gas to my clothes dryer. Further, I was told by the workers that they were being paid only $400 for the job. Wow! I was billed approximately $7,600. Proof that the company is non-legit, fraudulent, and liars. Do not use this company!!! Update to review: I will be taking this company to court. Their public response to my complaint was a lie. I have found so many issues with this company. Beware! To Repipe Specialists: You claim to offer lifetime warranty. Where is mine? This is what they did to the cabinet in my bathroom, which had no connection to the water lines. Go figure! Update: 3/21/24 Repipe Specialists challenges me to provide evidence in their contract where I contracted for the damage done to my bathroom cabinet. Really? Who contracts for such tortious damage? Drilling a hole through the bottom of a bathroom cabinet not in proximity to water lines and which serves no purpose other than malicious behavior? Nailing screws at least 3 or 4 inches in length to come through the bathroom cabinet? No one contracts for such negligent and tortious action. Ron's son was on the job. Either he or his belligerent son, or both, did this malicious damage. Additionally, regarding my complaint about the pipe routing as such that it would not allow for drywall to cover it, RS claims that I had no contract for drywall. Totally skirting the issue, which was not regarding drywall but rather that they routed the water pipe outside of other pipes/fixtures so that it is impossible to lay drywall over it, i.e., it extends outside of the wall perimeter. I received estimates to correct the problem so that I could place drywall over the opening at $600. Such idiots! I will keep you updated. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
