        I rented a space from them for about 4 years everything went well while I was still there but after I've moved out it's been over 6 months and I still haven't received my security deposit back. And they haven't told me why they haven't given it back to me. If there's an issue of why they're withholding it I would think a good company would be willing to inform me of that. Anyone else who has had this same problem should know if they do not get you an itemized list of what is being withheld for me to security deposit within 14 days of when you move out pursuant to Arizona State law they must pay you that amount as well as two times again that amount in damages.
