My wife and I were considering moving to Arizona. We didn't really know anyone there, and weren't able to ask friends for a referral for a realtor. We literally went online and did some research for realtors in the Scottsdale and surrounding area and came across Kelly. We said what the heck, lets give her a call and see what she has to say. She called us back almost immediately and spent an hour on the phone listening to what we were interested in and providing us valuable insights. She then started sending us some listings to help get a sense of what kind of homes would interest us. Through this process, she was able to get a really good sense of what we really wanted. A couple weeks later, we decided to take an exploratory trip to AZ and look in person. Kelly blocked the entire weekend for us and was thoroughly prepared to show us over 2 dozen homes. She had talked to all the selling agents prior to showing us the homes and knew all the ins and outs of each home. She knew about the schools, traffic, power-lines, drainage issues, views, etc. This was extremely valuable and wasn't something you could have gotten off of the real estate apps. She also knows many of the realtors in the area was able to show us several homes that weren't even listed yet. It was one of these unlisted homes that we ultimately fell in love with and purchased. Kelly was with us the through the entire purchase process. Being a remote buyer, we needed someone who could be there for inspections, take measurements etc. Even after the home closed, she still made herself available to help us through the move-in and beyond. We are very lucky to have had Kelly Jones as our realtor!
