        I made an appointment to come in at 12 noon. They gave my appointment to someone who made their appointment on the wrong day. I had to wait and listen, and she messed his taxes up bad. She gave me some advice that I walked out on. All bad info. Went somewhere else today and got the loan they said we wouldn't qualify for. The old people do not work here anymore. The people that work here now, No Good! Don't trust these people with your taxes.
