Pep Boys

I have been going to this Pep Boys for last 12 months, give or take. I have had my power steering pump replaced, front shocks replaced, tires replaced and honestly, I have nothing negative to say. [In my experience] Pep Boys has been professional and courteous. The work would be done in a timely manner and always explained beforehand. I still currently get my vehicle serviced here. And yeah, I may pay a little more for certain things, but hey, either way it works for me because I dislike looking for a decent car repair shop. :) Thank you for reading.

John and team were great. I had stopped in the evening prior and was able to make an appointment to fix my tire. I arrived today just prior to my appointment time and was taken care of without delay. The tire was not repairable and John was able to help me get it replaced at a more than fair price. Furthermore, the job was completed within reasonable time. I have made an appointment to have my brakes replaced and fully recommend John and his Team at this Pep Boys location for their professionalism and work ethic.

Bunch of guys sitting around, I needed a very simple vehicle inspection done that they provide for $20 bucks, it takes 5 minutes. Lights work, blinkers work, horn honks, tires aren't bald. Thats it! But none would do it. Funny they closed half the store from Lossing business, yet their manager lets customers walk away? Whatever, drove to another Pep Boys and the Manager got me right away, did my inspection FOR FREE!! 12 pack cold beers for him!!
