        I wish I wouldve read the other reviews before shopping here. I wanted to support local, neighborhood businesses but this place makes it difficult. First, the hours are inconvenient. As if home improvement projects dont go on for hours and hours. But more importantly, theyre rude. Im sorry, but sometimes I buy extra parts when Im doing a project so I dont have to stop in the middle and make multiple runs back to the hardware store. These people act like youre trying to steal money from them for returning a part that you didnt need or something that didnt work right. I returned something today and the two old biddies at the counter were so rude and accusatory you wouldve thought I was trying to reach into their brassiere and steal the emergency twenty dollar bill they had stashed there. I dont need the hassle or the lack of gratitude for the rest of the money Ive spent there. The big box store will happily take my money, be open when I need them to be, and return my money with a smile when I buy the wrong part.
