        This man should be addressed as a monster. Not Dr. He lied to us for two months. Canceled 7 appointments. He said he had surgeries. Begged to see him. Obvious UTI. The office doesn't have a local phone number and is filthy. Ended up in the hospital for week. With antibiotics under IVs. Now too weak to move. Must have stomach tube. He was on fmly trips not surgeries.The discharge Dr at the hospital said to expect the worst. The office is at 1313 E. Osborn.
