I called for an appointment this morning at 7:30 and they got me in by 8:00 . Excellent professional service and at a fair price.

First, the staff are polite, professional, helpful and caring. Dr Pan was thorough in her explanations, clarification of signs/symptoms of Simon's history and current problems. The office and work area clean, no foul smells, no litter. All my question and concerns were answered. Staff polite with each other and with me. I am pleased with the visit and all it entailed.

Yeah first and LAST time here!!! Tried to extend grace but Didn't take me long to determine that after such a vague wellness checkup, very eerie place non welcoming, long wait time when there wasn't even anyone ahead after lunch, everyone seemed to be having an off day very dry just weird experience. The only welcoming nice person was the new girl upfront. Would NOT recommend I am not satisfied with this service soon as we got home pup went back to normal guess he felt the weirdness as well. Please remove us out your system. Thank you

Love the staff, and Dr. Pan is the best, she is so good with our pups, they always feel so safe!
