The main perk for this area is that it's nice and shaded. I saw plenty of trees and also the hilly slope next to it helps I would say to block the wind and some sunlight too. This is great especially when the AZ sun is full power.
There were 2 nets to play with and a bleacher with 3 rows underneath the trees, so you have a spot to rest. There's also 2 water fountains to keep you hydrated.
However, the area itself just seems a bit drab, and it gives me those drab unclean vibes. Maybe, it's because it's right next to a canal that sometimes has some pretty dirty things floating in it on occasions. Also, not a fan of how it's right smack dab next to the tennis court.
