My experience here was very disappointing, from the phone call of me booking my appointment, to being greeted by whoever it was that took me into the treatment room (she didnt look at me just talked at me and then left), to speaking with my provider. The staff was very cold and rude. I called asking for important information on a prescription prescribed by Dr. Roth and I still have not received a call back. I wouldn't recommend this place to somebody I cared about.

I WAS a patient for 27 years. The doctors delivered a singleton and a pair of twins. I USED TO think very highly of this practice. Now, they won't answer the phone to make an appointment. One has to use the portal to set an appointment. It is the least user-friendly app I have ever used! It is nearly impossible to find an appointment and I couldn't even find MY doctor or THIS office! I WILL NO LONGER VISIT THIS OFFICE! I recommend you find a different provider as their services have have gone down incredibly. They do not care at all.

Had blood work done back in November, results posted and I have questions. I have called six times and left messages, no one has returned my call. Very frustrated.

The staff and Dr. Roth are great. They really care and take the time to explain and answer any questions.

I have been a patient at this practice for 12 years, mostly coming for annual Well Women's visits. It wasn't until this year that I saw them for obstetric care, and I have been treated so poorly that I wouldn't recommend this office if it was the last place on earth. Initially, I had a visit with PA Heather Roth. She disregarded all of my questions and concerns, did not believe I had my cycle history correct, and candidly told me to expect to "miscarry soon" after disregarding my cycle lengths. After lab testing, my original cycle was correct, and my pregnancy continued. Her overall presence made me feel uncomfortable, judged, and downright belittled. I mentioned I was considering midwifery care, and apparently, she flagged my account with a scarlet letter because everyone in the office disapprovingly asked me about this decision at some point during all my proceeding visits. Fast forward to my most recent and final visit with Dr. Nancy Harris. She was 35 minutes late to our appointment, came in with her laptop (as if she was barely looking at my chart), turned around and said "do you KNOW the difference between a midwife and a physician such as myself?" After explaining I was exploring all my options for care, she gave me an unrelated sob story about a natural birth she was assigned to and how she managed to push through it with this woman and could do the same with me. Apparently, she had already made her judgments about me and what I wanted prior to even getting to know me. I asked about certain accommodations and after she told me she couldn't provide them and that "no one" provided what I was looking for (natural water birth) she said that if I went to a midwife I should know they are "lay-people" and I would likely hemmorage or end up coming to her for an unwanted forced c-section because she wouldn't waste her time with a Midwife's patient anyway as she wouldn't be able to pick up on the same level of continued care. It's clear this woman thinks of herself as above any alternative provider, and her attitude reeked of a pompous and unchecked superiority complex. After the hundreds of dollars I have already spent here, they billed my insurance over $500 for 30 minutes of this beratement. I had several tests done here that they have failed to upload to my portal or even inform me they had in their possession from the lab. In addition, when I attempt to call the front desk, I am met with over 45 minute wait times and have had several instances where the call has simply dropped. In the rare event I get a call back, I'm met with attitude and told to "look on my portal." I have made 5 requests on my portal and via telephone for the release of my records. I still do not have any records from my 12 years as a patient. I don't have the time or energy to list out the many other transgressions I have experienced with this office. My only takeaway is that I should have read the multitude of other 1-star reviews before proceeding with one SECOND of my time or money to this place. Leaving this office was the best decision I ever made for myself and my child. This office has continued to fall beneath the standard of care on multiple occasions and should be ashamed of their ethics, manners, patient care, and the blatant disrespect for other providers who give quality healthcare. DO NOT COME HERE.
