I've called everyday, countless times a day for 3 weeks and have not received any phone calls back and these people don't answer their phones. When I called Prescott's community health they told me they are "super backed up and are low staffed" funny because this wasn't an issue when my husband went in a month ago. Literally a week after I started calling. There is no way to contact a supervisor to explain the issues unless you're called back and they are just incapable of answering or returning calls. Guess as their vm message says ( they are ALWAYS away from their desk or ALWAYS on the other line with another patient).
Basically don't waste your time....
