You pick a company most times, but ii is the people that really help you make the decision. In our case, Reginald was a class act and professional throughout the while process. He was there for me every step of the way from the sales pitch through the installation of my new roofs and screens. I met a lot of people through this process but I trusted Reggie the best and his Crew leader Rodrigo was great also. We worked together with my adjuster and insurance company and I paid the price we agreed upon w the insurance company and nothing more. you just lost a potential customer as Reginald decides to just stop by without confirming a time knowing I work from home. Then, comes by with a quote, that is not a quote as he stated there would be items that would have to be added. Like what? Permits!? really? We know the permit is a fixed cost and in Parker we know it's a set fee, why not included? Anyway, no positive review from me

Superior service from Robby Johnson. He truly went above and beyond, was involved and on top of the process every step of the way. He ensured all materials and repairs were top quality and the end result was a quality roof replacement that looks awesome! His knowledge of the entire process was extremely helpful with the entire hail damage claim even though Spartan only repaired the roof. Sales people came by our house banging on our door like the police, and we told them no. Two hours later more sales people trying to Harass us more. We have a NO SOLICITING SIGN!!NO MEANS NO!
