My husband and I just moved to Prescott and needed a new Dentist. We are so happy we found Modern Dentistry.
The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. The Dentist and assistant to care of all of our dental needs and did a great job with no pain.

Needed to establish a new dentist office per our insurance. I called PMD on Tuesday to get established, but also had a tooth pain. They got me in on Friday of the same week. The staff was so polite, and friendly. Dr. Trellis was very nice. He did a root canal, and they me a crown there in the office. Less than 2 hours later, I was done.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Absolutely waste of time & gas. I called 2 weeks ago explaining that my permanent retainer has broken. The person I spoke to on the phone explained that they could help but their 1st available was 2 weeks away. I asked for a price quote & she even explained that if it had to be replaced itd be $247 but if it was just the glue itd be x-amount. So I scheduled and waited. Drove over there & was immediately put off by the front desk girl who told me that unless I agreed to a $71 added out-of-pocket charge, they couldnt see me today. I didnt need a $71 panoramic scan this wasnt that type of appointment. She went back & forth with me until I signed the thing so that I could get seen. I was called back and the dental assistant took 30 seconds to look at my mouth & tell me this permanent retainer had to come off and they didnt do replacements so Id have to get fitted for a nightly retainer which would be $600. Obviously I was frustrated and even explained to the lady that I hate to be difficult, but Ive waited 2 weeks for this appointment, having my tongue ripped up and being uncomfortable with the expectation that they would be able to replace it bc well they told me they could. She left and the office manager was the one to come back and repeat that, essentially, they couldnt help. Aside from trying to hand me a couple business cards for local orthos, I was offered no solutions. No help (unless I wanted to pay an extra $350 from what I came there for). Just wasted gas to drive there and not even be offered a discount on a future exam or anything to make up for the fact that they wasted my time and quite literally lied to me. Im so disappointed.

This office is wonderful. I love the girls at the front they are so nice. Dr. Brown is amazing and so attentive. Highly recommend this office.
