        The gym is very clean, the equipment is new, the trainers are friendly and inspiring. The group classes are fun!

        Has pretty much everything you need to get a good work out. It's more of a cross fit gym which I'm not used to, but like I said there's enough weights, racks, barbells, benches, and other tools to get a good pump. They offer classes of many types and have open gym hours at various times. I haven't seen the gym packed yet which is nice but it's set in a nice location and if anything else you can grab a beer or hair cut after a good session.
