Tim Brown was my agent. He is knowledgible and personable. He did a great job explaining the listing and the video was great. Our sales journey dragged on for eight months. I am a direct person and felt a lack of communication. We had several issues. I felt like I only found out by accident. It seemed to me that I had to come up with the solutions. My goal was to get my Mom's house sold, as was Tim's. He was great at the end to get the paperwork and procedures go. I like Tim. He got the job done. I feel he's better suited to people who sell homes all the time, not those new to selling a home. I just needed more communication.

Great job! Tim was very helpful, I did the entire purchase over the phone as I was out of state working. Tim put me in touch with building inspectors and anything else I needed. The whole process went very smoothly.
