We were scrambling when, unknown to us, another lender we were talking to backed out because it was a manufactured home. Damon and his team, on a half hour's notice, restarted our process, got us through some very tough weeks, and tomorrow we get our keys. We would have been lost without them!

Do not allow your elderly parents to work with this company. They offer no help during the process and will bring your parents to tears multiple times during the underwriting process.

Laurie should wear a cape. My husband and I arrived in town on Monday, our real estate agent introduced us to Laurie Monday evening. By Wednesday we had full loan approval to be able to put a bid on a property on Thursday, which we won. Escrow closed in less than 30 days. Amazing service, amazing response, amazing lady. We highly recommend.
