Doggie Delight Pet Grooming

My Golden Doodles ears were clipped into the flesh on both sides. The technician (clipper woman) said they would heal and not to worry. The scabs took 2 weeks to heal. We wont be back.

Will never take my pups there again.  The groomer has a nasty, snotty disposition.  I think she should find another line of work.  My dogs have been going to groomers all of their lives and are not afraid to go, but they always trembled, and tried to climb up my shoulder when I took them there.  Made me wonder if she abused them.  In addition, if you miss an appointment, she does not call to find out where you are, remind you of the appointment, or attempt to reschedule you, but instead will not reschedule until you have paid for the missed appointment.   I have known about four other people who she did this too that no longer go to her.  I would give her zero stars if it were possible.
