Joe and his team turned the tide for the sale of our home. After a failed 6 months on the market and a brief break we listed with Joe and he got a sold in a timely manner for a very fair price. Joe helped keep us on track through escrow and helped coordinate simultaneous escrow closures. He even helped when our closing date had to be moved up by 2 weeks. Could not have done it without him!
