Tern Overland

I purchased a truck camper with an Arctic Tern Roof Hatch. During the first real rain I learned that the camper leaked in the area of this hatch. As I investigated and began uninstalling the hatch, it became apparent to me that it was not installed properly. Ive been in touch with Tern Overland and am in the process of reinstalling it following their explicit instructions. Theyve been very helpful with advice and even provided a replacement foam gasket at no charge.

A fantastic company with a great product! Excellent customer support from beginning to end. The customer service team was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find the window we were looking for. I would recommend Tern Overland and their doors and windows, they are the best quality I've seen.

Had window shipped to my appartment which has a hard time with deliveries with signatures. Window got refused without my knowledge and shipped back to the sender. I was trying to have them send it to the nearest ups store if unsuccessfully delivered and this didnt get communicated to ups. It is now been stuck in a loop for over 6 weeks being incorrectly sorted by ups. Owner of this company says it is my fault for this miscommunication and wont send me my window again unless i change my review from a 1 star. They have just tried to resolve this over the phone which does not usually work where i am. I am disappointed

Tern Overland goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied with their products. I purchased their new longer windows for my Ford Transit and they are excellent. The instructions and videos were easy to follow and the quality of the windows is excellent. I had one problem with one window and they made it right in less than a week. Returned calls and answered questions in a professional and respectful manner. I would purchase windows from them again and highly recommend them to other DIY van conversion folks. Keep up the great work Overland Tern!
