We used OPEN ROAD for the 1st time last week. We needed product hauled on a flatbed from Las Cruces, NM to AZ. I was a little nervous about using OPEN ROAD, but I really didn't want to make the 11 hour round trip drive myself. Henry (Owner of OPEN ROAD) was great. He found us a HOTSHOT driver that was very accommodating. Henry /OPEN ROAD communicated well, quoted a reasonable price (hundred$ less than the big guys) and coordinated with the HOTSHOT. The price was as quoted and we received the product on time. It was a really good experience. Thank you Henry / OPEN ROAD! A few days later, I received a call from OPEN ROAD's Product manager asking if I was happy with the delivery and if there was anything they could have or should have done to improve their service. I can't think of anything, but I appreciate that they care so much. OPEN ROAD and HOT SHOT Tyler made it a GREAT Experience. 5 STARS!
