Had a nail in my tire. Had to wait a bit, but for last minute service it was expected. Fixed it up, and they made sure all my tires were still good, set all my pressures to the proper amount. No charge (I got a tire warranty with them when I bought the tires)

Highest rated tire shop in the area and for very good reason. Tried to plug a screw hole myself and it didn’t hold. They took my truck right in and got me taken care of at no charge! Guess where I’ll be buying new tires from if I’m in the area. Outstanding customer service!

Had a screw in the front tire. Needed it fixed fast so I could make it to the Phoenix Airport by noon. They jumped right on it and had me going in a short period of time. The gentleman pulled my car up to where I was standing and sai that I was good to go. Imagine my surprise when I asked where to pay the bill and he said all flat repairs are free of charge. That was a breath of fresh air! You can bet with that courtesy they have won my business next time that I need tires! Thank you Prescott Tire Pros!
