Valbuena 360 Wellness | TMS Therapy & Depression Treatment

My experience with Dr. Valbuena and the staff at this office was awful. The first visit went fine and Dr. Valbuena said he would be available if we had any questions/issues, however he was impossible to reach every time I tried. I would leave 2 and 3 messages at the office, alogn with several emails before I would get a call back. Twice they "forgot" to send in the prescription for my son and I had to call them to remind them. The "med check" appointments were literally 5 minutes over the phone and I don't feel Dr. Valbuena ever truly knew my son's struggles. The last straw was when we had an emergency situation and I emailed a staff for assitance and was told that they do no have after hours support. I do not recommend them for your psyciatric wellness needs at all. I have worked with several psychiatrists locally and the care and communication at this office is truly scary.

We recently began working with Dr. Valbuena as our medical director at Embark Recovery and Embark Counseling. He or a member of his medical team from the Valbuena 360 Wellness Center sees each one of our patients as they enter our program and on a regular basis. Offering Psychiatry services, medication management, and TMS Therapy as part of his greater 360 Wellness Center in Scottsdale. If you need help with your Depression, Anxiety, PTSD or have had Trauma reach out to his office and schedule an appointment either in person or they also provide Telehealth sessions as well.

Avoid this place at all costs! They deliberately misled me about the costs for appointments and kept on trying to convince me to come back in, next thing you know I get a bunch of giant bills meanwhile all they did is recommend me to go to expensive places that were not covered by my insurance

I tried TMS therapy at Dr. Valbuena's office. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the 6 weeks worth of sessions greatly decreased my depression and anxiety. The TMS director Nitta was most helpful in motivating me and providing guidance during the sessions. She answered all of my questions. I would recommend Neuro Star TMS therapy to anyone that is struggling with depression and anxiety. It has also helped with my motivation at work and at home. The entire office staff is friendly and offered any assistance in making the experience painless and rewarding. No issues or concerns to report.
