JD's Automobile service is one of the jewels in the desert! Jeff and his crew are very caring....understand that the price of services performed need to be kept as low as possible, and their service is top notched. Everyone there is prompt and professional. And repairs or just the basic oil changes are performed with care. And if that is not enough, the waiting area has one of the cleanest restrooms I have ever noticed inside an automobile service location! :) Great job guys!

I was introduced to JD's Automotive about 8-years ago, back when they were Gold Dust Auotmotive, by a good friend who had been using their services for 5+ years. JD's is a small business focused on providing the best automotive service to customers at a fair price and always being honest with the customer. The first time I went there was for a check engine light and after a few minutes the problem was solved; my gas cap seal was bad and caused a bad vacuum sensor reading. The owner, Jeff Dickinson, got the light to go off and told me to get a new gas cap. When I asked how much I owed, he told me I didn't owe him anything and keep him in mind when I really needed their help. That was the start of a great relationship with a auto mechanic shop I "totally trust" to give me the best information about what's wrong, what it will take to fix it and to do the job for a fair price. What more can a customer ask for? Over the years, his team has fixed various problems on a variety of vehicle's, changed the oil many times and even installed a complete high-end suspension lift on a new Jeep I bought. When I'm waiting in the lobby, I get a chance to speak with other customers and we all have the same opinion of Jeff and his team. Honesty, great service and both at a fair price. Like I said, what more can a customer ask for? JD's gets my highest recommendation and I promise you'll be glad you gave them the opportunity for that first service on your vehicle.
