      • My partner and I got a ticket for having plate covers. The gentleman at the front desk helped us removed the covers and when we went to give him some money as a thank you he refused. I highly recommend this place. The staff is really friendly and nice.

        If you want great, competent auto service, this is the best place to go. Paul is your mechanic to go to. He has been working in the business for over 30 years and even more years prior. He is proficient in all types of auto service and was gracious to fix my rear left signal light in a 2003 Mercury Sable, which was no easy task. I highly recommend Paul and Brake Masters on Scottsdale Rd. for any of your car repairs. He is my go to guy!

        We got such a lovely gift for the holidays...all the idiot lights went on in my car. So i took it over to my favorite mechanic at Brake Masters, Scottsdale. I figured i needed an oil change and due to the weather being cooler more air in my tires. Paul checked everything out and I actually needed a replacement of my Serpentine Drive Belt as the one I have was in poor shape. This serpentine Drive belt is a single, continuous belt used to drive multiple peripheral devices in an automotive engine. So I brought it in just in time. He showed me the one I had and it wasn't going to last long.. Of course Paul gave me a discount as I have been going to him for many years;. Despite the hefty cost of replacement, I am fortunate to have a great car guy to count on to keep me safe., and the idiot lights all going off probably saved my life. .
