Impersonal! Like a sweat shop they carved me up and sent me on the way. They cant even take the time to call or email me my results. They make me log on and download some stupid app. So frustrating!

HOW do I get hold of this Company. My Pharmacy cannot fill a prescription until they call back even though I had my blood work done weeks ago. My Pharmacy has told me that AFDerm is not calling back to renew my prescription despite the fact that that was the reason I had the blood work done in the first place I am way overdue for my medicine. It has been a week now since the pharmacy contacted them to get the prescription renewed. I even called the emergency line in desperation and was told that calling in a prescription is not a service they provide as an emergency. I am on day 4 of calling non stop and I have tried the call back option. Affilidated Dermatology no longer has a policy on patient care. It is impossible to get anything done outside of the office. Getting an appointment is almost impossible and despite being a patient I was told in September that they could see me in January. Luckily, another office took me sooner and here we are no prescrption as AFFDerm does not call back so choosing their call back option is a complete waste of time. The pharmacy and I cannot get hold of anybody on the phone. It rings and rings until it hangs up. I simply do not know what to do. By the time I see a new Derm and get new bloodwork and a new prescrtiption it could be months. How does a Company survive with this level of service or lack of. It is utterly depressing to see a canned response to the genuine complaints on here from frustrsted patients. Instead of actually doing something about their appaling patient care they deploy canned software to respond instead. Update: I finally got a call back. I was told that the prescription would be sent to the Pharmacy yesterday 01/5. It has not. I called today and literally the only option was to get a call back which never happens. It seems my only option now since they are not taking appointments for several months out is to walk in there and insist somebody tells me why they are not sending the prescription. I way overdue for my meds now. This is malpractice It is now 8th April. I had my appointment on the 24th of January. The pharmacy is still waiting for prior authorization from Affiliated dermatology. The next step is a malpractice lawsuit. It seems like the only way to hold them accountable for such egregious lack of care. I was told a week ago that the authorization would be handled urgently.
