        Spectacular! Ordered flowers over the phone for my moms 87th birthday. The process was quick and easy, but the real delight was the cake made out of flowers delivered with a song! My mom was so thrilled. I received a photo of her at the door. Everything went beyond expectation. Highly recommend Blooms on a Budget!
