        We called Ideal Garages for a problem with our main garage door and after almost 3 hours nothing was resolved and the price estimate only kept increasing substantially! We kept asking if he could repair anything and he said no he would have to call his supervisor and a crew. We paid the service fee and told him we were not going to do anything. We then called another more reputable company and an experienced technician came and repaired the door efficiently and gave us an honest price. All we can say is do not trust Ideal Garage Repairs!

        Thorough inspection by Scott who was friendly, on-time and efficient. He spent a lot of time investigating all working parts of the door and lift mechanism. He provided a detailed description of findings. He was kind enough to honor our coupon price which I had left in my office. Great service - we felt they were very fair and honest and our garage door is operating more smoothly and quietly.
