TJ took care of a lengthy list of items that needed to be handled in my house: replace an exterior electrical outlet, hang a ceiling fan, hang a light fixture, fix a leaky faucet and correct the valve that was installed improperly years ago by a plumbing contractor, replace damaged trim in my bathroom and fix a door so it closed properly.
