I love great clips usually. I came here because the usual place that I go to closed. Rebecca cut my hair. I asked for an A line. Towards the end, the haircut was lopsided. She commented that I was coming to great clips for an A line for $17 and then said they do easy, fast cut. The haircut length kept getting shorter and shorter as she try to adjust. At the end of it, she also happen to cut my gold necklace and told me that she didnt even notice I was wearing a necklace. Very uncomfortable w the stylist. Maybe she was having a bad day. I wish I could review the stylist and not the store because Ive generally had very positive experiences w Great Clips stylists. Also sad by damage to my favorite accessory.

I went in for a redo from a previous haircut and I was helped by Max. His customer service was A+. Great Clips definitely needs to keep him around. I will be back because of my experience today.
