Suzanne, my in home physical therapist, was tough and compassionate at the same time. Rehabilitation from joint replacement is not for sissies! She was results oriented and knows her stuff! She was flexible when scheduling my appointments and always had a sweet understanding smile. Genevieve, my in home nurse, was AMAZING too! She explained everything to me in layman language and answered all my questions. She was always so cheerful! Even when I was in pain, she was able to put a smile on my face. Essie, my occupational therapist, was full of helpful hints and ideas on how to safely maneuver through my joint replacement journey. When I had a billing question, I got a quick response from the corporate management! Since this was my 1st in home therapy and nursing experience, I didn't know what to expect. What I'm hearing from my friends is that I got REAL lucky to have found HEALTHY LIVING AT HOME! I highly recommend this company!
