Clean room. Comfy beds. shower looked cheap and had terrible water pressure. Lots of amenities out of order. Including the hot tub. No wipes in the gym. So machines are probably pretty sweaty and dirty :-/ the ones that are working any way Great location. Convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Safe neighborhood. They charge for a breakfast thats normally free at other hotels. Mediocre place. Wouldnt stay again due to maintenance issues.

Sam and his team exceeded with their customer service ! The room was clean and available early when we arrived before check in time. Nice bed and pillows. Quiet property with a full hotel. Everybody worked with a smile and appreciated every customer. We will be back next time were in Scottsdale.

Stayed here 10 nights in total 5 days in a duration of 2 weeks for work. The hotel is very nice, new and modern. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The outdoor area is super cute, corn hole and some other giant games. Pool & hot tub and cabanas/loungers. I chose to come to this hotel the second week because of my good experience, Id absolutely come back but unfortunately before I come back I hope they can fix a few kinks that are easily worked out : The only complaints I have: The pool area runs out of towels and you may have to go ask for some which sucks if you got in and didnt check to make sure theres towels in the designated towel area lol The ice machine closest to our room was broken the whole second week so id have to go pretty far to get ice They have a wonderful Starbucks coffee machine that brews 3 different blends of coffee was down the whole time which was actually one of the reasons I booked.. (they still provided a Starbucks roast via a big pot that just stores coffee and keeps it hot). They have a Starbucks area where a barista is supposed to be and I never saw anyone working to make a craft coffee, so they might as well just shut that area down? Im not sure. Last thing, my very last night a yard service worker blew leaves for about 30 minutes at 10 pm not ideal for workers getting up at 5 am. Im a little frustrated with the pretty high prices nightly and not everything being exceptionally up to par. Rooms: Very clean, modern, nice. Safety: I found this place to be extremely safe although its not gated Walkability: Gas station,food, bookstore in walking distance
