My PA was amazing! I was dead in the water with my insurance claim and was getting little to no response from my insurance company. I was referred to Skipton and it changed everything! She jumped on the claim right away and got everything covered in a timely manor. Highly recommend using this company!

I was told to call them. They would say someone will call you back tomorrow but when tomorrow comes no phone call. So I call them after I am overlooked oh we called and left a message. I told them I have no message. Ok we will call tomorrow same deal they won't return phone calls. Gave Up!!!!!!!

I am so impressed with the depth and quality of customer service at this company. The intake probably realized they couldnt handle our very small residential claim within 20 seconds of the call but she listened to claim anyway and provided helpful information. We will keep them in mind for the family commercial business needs.

Don't hire if not a million dollar loss . When your PA calls you he will talk more about the million dollar loss hrs working on more than yours. I got tired of it, and fired them. Then, and only then, I was told my case was settled months ago. That's news to me. I'm waiting

My financial life was entrusted to David and Justin and I cant rave enough about their knowledge, confidence and the comfort they brought me as they fought my insurance company over a massive commercial real estate claim involving a rusted fire line. I literally would recommend them and only them to anyone needing help fighting insurance companies that wont pay.
