I recently had my Auto and Homeowner Policies reviewed y Jim Kreisman. I found Jim to be very professional and his knowledge of the insurance industry was impressive. After his overall review of our policies, the only changes he would make were beneficial to providing ample coverages should there be a need. There was no pressure to make changes. When my current automobile insurance company declined to renew my policy and my independent insurance agency did not contact me (they eventually did), I decided to look for a new agent. I called Jimmy Kreisman after seeing so many outstanding reviews on Google and other sites. He returned my initial call earlier this month in 20-30 minutes. Despite being ready to leave town on a trip and with work stacked up before and after his trip, he said that he would work me in. He spent some time on the phone educating me on current insurance issues and solicited information for getting started on my proposal. I also heard from him over the next week plus. When the time came, the proposal he sent me was much less than I was expecting. I decided to also switch my renters insurance over to him. Jimmy was great to work with. He is so knowledgeable about the insurance industry. He is direct, polite and honest, which I certainly appreciate. I went from being concerned about my insurance situation to feeling really good about where I stand and what I need to do in the future. I recommend him with no reservations whatsoever. He is a class act.

Jim is an incredible insurance agent - he reviewed all my policies to insure the insurance I had was correct. He found several issues and made changes. Bottom line, he saved me money and I now have better coverage! So glad I found him!

Jim was so incredibly helpful in an urgent situation and he didn't even know us. We are so thankful that we called him and he took the time to not only help us get insurance but also did some education along the way to help with some other areas as well. Top notch service and couldn't recommend him any higher.
