We had reservations for 7:30 and was not seated until 8. Once seated the server did not do anything to make us feel welcome. The only words that were said was what are you drinking and what are you eating. After putting our food order in, it took over an hour to come out. It was my birthday and my boyfriend requested the birthday flame come with the dessert and the server dismissed it, thankfully the person who brought the dessert out ended up taking it back and getting it for us once we explained the situation. The music was also extremely loud and overall a terrible experience.

The food was okay, but they still have room for improvement in their service and manners. The personnel seemed inexperienced and young. Upon checking in for our reservation outside, we requested a table in the sun due to the cold and wind. Unfortunately, they disregarded our request even after mentioning that our kids were cold. Despite there being an available table in the sun, they refused to accommodate us without providing any explanation. Surprisingly, nobody occupied that table during the two hours we were there. Additionally, the menu states that tables are only allowed for a two-hour duration, and non-card transactions will incur a 3.5% extra fee. Overall, while the food was decent, the service and policies left much to be desired

This place is all about the atmosphere and energy. The scene is great and the patrons quite attractive. The decor and layout are contemporary, swanky, and comfortable, making it a great spot to hang with friends or find new ones. Bachelorette parties, sparklers delivered to tables and house music are all common. However, the dining experience is secondary, at least for our group. Our server was nice but not exceptional, and the drinks took longer to come out than our appetizers. Speaking of apps, the whipped ricotta was delicious but the crispy pitas were disappointing. The Peruvian Scallop Crudo looked great but was far too sweet and unsuccessfully masked the flavor of a fishy-tasting scallop. The braised lamb shank was well executed and tasted great, while the Moroccan chicken was dry and pedestrian. Unfortunately, the chicken also came out after the other entree because the server mixed up the order and brought salmon first. The espresso martini was also much sweeter than expected. I'd return for the scene and select apps, maybe happy hour or brunch, but skip full dinner.

We had a reservation at 10:30pm, didnt get seated until 10:40 and didnt get approached by wait staff until 11:10. We had to flag down several busboys for our server to come down and take our order and when she did the first thing she did was tell us the kitchen was closed Which is ridiculous because we had a reservation, didnt get seated until late, and on top of that it seemed like none of the wait staff even knew we were there. After going back and forth several times and the server disappearing and reappearing to make sure that she could make an exception by putting in an order we finally put in for a pizza. The pizza came out five minutes later, toppings practically raw and the cheese hadnt even been melted. I can truthfully say that it was objectively the worst service and food I had ever experienced and this is saying a lot considering its the first time Ive ever been compelled to write a review. Atmosphere was nice but busy, overall would never come backespecially considering how overpriced their drinks were.
