As someone who works with realtors on a regular basis for work, I must say April is the sharpest realtor Ive ever worked with! She seriously leaves no stone unturned. Her knowledge goes far beyond the specs of the homes she shows, you can quite literally ask her anything and she would know! April is the consummate professional with years of experience and expertise. She also is kind, generous with her time and goes the extra yard to meet the customers individual needs. She was gracious enough to actually come to my house and help me clean when I was unable to do it all myself. She sold our house for an amount considerably over our list price.
