My treatment at Az Pain has been outstanding. Dr. Schulze and PA Taylor Shin have helped me find relief through their expertise with my chronic jaw pain. The adjustments by Dr Schulze and injections by Taylor have helped with my pain. I highly recommend giving them a try.

This place is a FRAUD- be aware!! They charged me $1,000 upfront for multiple visits that I didnt even end up going for because they werent helpful at all. They ensured me that every provider in their clinic was in-network for my insurance. But they charged me under someone who was fresh out of college and was still in the process of becoming a member of my insurance. So my bills ranged from $3,000 to $10,000 per visit because that provider was still out of network. I called and emailed them numerous times since February 2023, but they still havent rectified this issue and are still sending me a ridiculously high bill.. They will never answer the phone or reply to emails.. Their staff, NPs, PTs, and chiropractors are all a joke as well. No one is competent to treat pain. Their website doesnt even have information on their providers except for their chiropractors. Do NOT go to this place!!

I recently started going to this office at hayden and Shea. They somehow locked me into several appointments. In fact, I still have 2 appointments left. My first visit was NOT good. They were late in getting things started. I was in great pain, and hoping for relief that day. Instead of checking, the physical nature of my body, the physicians assistant started by offering me different types of drugs. She offered painkillers, muscle, relaxers, dry needling, even an epidural directly into the spine, All before even looking at my x-rays. Each time I go back I am greeted kindly by the people at the front desk. The chiropractor leads me to the table, where, without any palpitating or feeling, begins to drop my waist on the table. The chiropractor, then forcefully, compresses my spine from behind with both hands, thinking that, getting some type of auditory crack is all hes looking for, while never accomplishing his goal. The entire interaction with the chiropractor is less than five minutes. He has never brought me relief. He may have made it worse. The only good part about my visit is laying quietly on attraction table for 20 minutes where they stretch out my spine. however I still cant get them to add enough weight for the machine to make a difference. All in all, I feel taken advantage of by another doctor, who is simply pushing patience through an office. SAD.

I was prescribed 3x a week 10 week program. I paid approximately $500 up front for this program. During my initial consultation, I asked the billing/insurance specialist if I would owe anything in addition to this initial amount. I was explicitly told I would not. Today, I received a bill for $540 of extra charges for dates of service ranging from March - June 2023. The program itself was a disappointing waste of time so the fact that they billing me double what they told me it cost a year later is infuriating. Why did it take a year to bill me this extra amount? I never would have continued to go to the sessions if I knew about these bills. Where did they send these bills? The people in the office refused to discuss the issue when I called them. Instead, they gave me a number for an external billing department. The billing department, told me that initial amount I paid was "just an estimate" of what the total out of pocket cost would be and that the additional costs are what I owe in addition to the initial "estimated amount". The billing department also threatened to send me to collections. The itemized bill I received was a list of seemingly random dates of services and procedure codes that add up to different amounts owed for each date of service even though each appointment was identical. In total, they billed my insurance over $13,000. Be very wary of the trigger point injections that they assured me are included at no extra charge. They billed my insurance $2000 a session. Sort the reviews by "Newest" and you will see many 1 star reviews from people who were similarly misled. This is not a one-off issue. There was no misunderstanding.
